Communicate to the department that the production is going green and following a simple environmental action plan.
Provide china plates and silverware where possible.
Don't use polystyrene.
Separate food waste from dry waste.
Use compostable kitchenware, for example Vegware or Biopac.

Purchase 'Fair Trade Certified' coffee, tea and chocolate.
Supply condiments in bulk dispensers and not disposable sachets.
Do not provide 'Red List' sea food. (See link to sustainable fish purchasing).
